30 Day Standard Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Both opened and unopened packages are elligible for a refund.

  2. Return Shipping: Please note, you’re responsible for return shipping fees. All original items included with your purchase must be returned.

  3. Provide Tracking: Include a valid tracking number with your return so we can process your refund.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue an approved refund to your original method of payment.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, you may request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Photo/video evidence clearly demonstrating the damage or defect is required. Please send your request to contact@tryrevivecare.com

Note: Refund for defective/damaged items cannot be requested after 30 days.
